When do I pay?
You’re billed per notice once we’ve mailed it. No charge if we don’t mail.
What counts as a notice?
One Preliminary 20-Day Lien Notice for one job. If you’re sending a notice to multiple parties on the same job, ask us about bundled pricing.
Do you charge for re-mails?
If we make an error, we re-mail at no cost. If you supplied bad info or need to update an address after mailing, a re-mail is billed at the standard rate.
What about the postage?
Included. The $25 covers the prepared notice, certified mailing, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
