• Your company information (name, mailing address, phone, optional license #)
• Pre-lien job information you submit (PDFs, property addresses, owner names, job amounts)
• Status and delivery information from our mail provider (Lob)

• To prepare and mail the pre-lien notices you request
• To show you a history of your submissions in your dashboard
• To email you status updates and delivery confirmations

We share information with the third parties required to deliver the service: Lob (certified mail provider), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database and auth), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your data.

We retain submission records indefinitely so you can reference past notices. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
